How do you keep in touch with your clients?

Hey there, I'm super interested in knowing how you communicate with your clients (not internally). From sharing the scope of work, sending invoices, to discussing new features, what channels do you use? As for me, I'm not a big fan of email communications because things can easily get lost in my inbox. So, I'm always on the lookout for better ways to stay connected with my clients. That's why I'm here to ask you all, how do you do it? Do you prefer using a messaging app or email or maybe something else entirely? And if you do use a messaging app, which one do you find works best for your business? I would love to hear your thoughts on this! Please share the following details so we can all learn from each other: 1. What kind of business are you running? 2. What channels do you use to communicate with your clients? 3. Which channels do you prefer and why? 4. Are there any channels you don't like using? If so, why? Can't wait to hear your responses!

I can start: 1. Financial Software Engineering. 2. Gmail, Telegram, Shared Google drive. 3. Telegram. It is easy to use, you can send files and it is hard to get lost. 4. Email. It is always a mess with hundreds of threads and it is usually unreadable. Also it is hard to search in drives. Especially in Google drive.
