Hey there, I'm super interested in knowing how you communicate with your clients (not internally). From sharing the scope of work, sending invoices, to discussing new features, what channels do you use? As for me, I'm not a big fan of email communications because things can easily get lost in my inbox. So, I'm always on the lookout for better ways to stay connected with my clients. That's why I'm here to ask you all, how do you do it? Do you prefer using a messaging app or email or maybe something else entirely?
