Planning is key. I prep meals ahead to avoid last-minute unhealthy choices. Keeping a variety of nutritious snacks handy helps too.

Do light workout while you work. For example go for a walk while checking emails. Staying active on social media etc

Get my workout out of the way in the morning. For dinner and lunch i try to have a mix of fibrous carbs, starchy carbs and protein. Do that 4-5 times a week. Also don't eat before going to sleep. Makes for much better dreams. Every once in a while scream into the mirror "Treat yourself" and get some nice pizza.
