Hello makers, Today, I want to discuss the topic of finding an Ideal Customer Profile. How do you go about it? Typically, the process involves the following steps: - Launching the first version of the product to gain initial user traction. We usually use platforms such as Betalist, HackerNews, Accelerators communities, and Product Hunt. - Conducting product interviews to determine how our product meets the needs of early adopters. We also investigate whether they are willing to pay for an extended version or not. - Using cold outreach. - Conducting competitor intelligence to identify Opportunities and Threats. - Trying to make a social listening. - Engaging with relevant communities to gain insights and to get leads or respondents for interviews. That's quite a long list, isn't it? These action points are time-consuming and require a lot of effort. Moreover, the average early-stage startup doesn't have a marketing team or even a single marketing person. But, what if there was a single tool that could validate ICPs, find them, and build engagement? Instead of using multiple tools and taking all the listed above action points, we could use a single app. Sounds like a magic. What do you think about it?
