How do you become the Product or the Week & Month?

Question

I'm preparing for the PH launch in a few weeks for my SaaS product.

I've a top-level idea of how to prepare for the launch to get in the top 3 product of the day

but

I still can't find any resources on getting in Product of the Week & Product of the Month.

Do you know how to do it?

Also, any resources on how to get into the PH newsletter?

I'm looking for something concrete like do we need to get X number of upvotes, etc.
