If there is not enough strength for one head, why not share the responsibilities? It helps, and the team is a valuable giver to work with.

Definitely second @ixord in the advice to delegate! If you can, absolutely do it. Even if that means giving someone who doesn't yet have that skillset the opportunity to step up. I also do *aggressive* weekly time-blocking. I have days when I do meetings, and days when I definitely do not. I have a whole day blocked out for research and writing. I block hours for focus time on finance, and then other hours for focus time on product design. I only check and respond to my email twice a day. I find the energy cost of task switching just decimates my productivity, so I like to give myself ample time to really get into a groove on each part of my responsibility set. As a bonus, I also make sure I'm looking at every facet of my job at least once during the week, which keeps me from dropping the ball on anything.
