few tips that can help: Prioritize tasks to help you focus on the most critical tasks first and avoid feeling overwhelmed. Delegate tasks: If possible, delegate tasks that can be done by others (like accounting), to free up time and make sure you don't forget anything. Usually the cost of third-person services are lower in the long run than doing that yourself. Take breaks to recharge your batteries and increase productivity. Sometimes 10 minutes of break results in an hour saved by the end of the day. Also, surround yourself with a supportive network of friends, family, and colleagues, and don't hesitate to ask for help when needed.

Jotting absolutely everything down that's on my to-do list is helping me as I work on launching my company. The process makes space for creativeness to continue flowing and provides peace of mind that I won't forget as it's written down. I then theme when possible for task stacking (tasks that can be bundled and completed together).
