A lot of Zapier comments here, so I'm going to come in waving the Make.com flag! Make is similar to Zapier, but it's much less expensive, about twice as powerful, and while it's not as intuitive to learn, its logic is more intuitive, I think. Most important part of automating anything, though, is the documentation! Document every step of your process before you start automating anything. It'll make it much easier to select which automation or AI tool will work best for your process, and will help you prevent weird edge cases and bugs when you start actually building.
