We hit a major roadblock during our initial funding phase. Real stress-test for the team. But instead of imploding, we got creative, bootstrapped, and focused on lean development.

Validation is key to success. I believe we all think we have a revolutionary product, but without the proper execution from the start, it will fail.
@lysten_inc Yes! Execution from the beginning sets the road mapping and we need to constantly validate every step we go, even if it's not going the right way.
@pixel_dust focuses on users and products at the very early stage; launch the product as soon as possible if when it seems not ready! like @lysten_inc said, validation is the key to success!
