How did you know that it was time to start a company for your project? There must have been a point in time when you said: "Now it is time to start a company for this". What was crossing your mind at that point in time?

Why don’t you just Inc yourself so every project you do has an umbrella if need be then you separate the money makers as stand alone while using the $ non earners as tax write offs.
