How did you find your team?

I think one of the most difficult things when you create a project is finding the right team and people. When you created your first project how did you fix this problem? Which tools did you use?

weird story about this. to tell it in short- the first developer i partnered with tried to strongarm me for 51% of ownership of it, and threatened that he would do it on his own if I didn't. so i told him to get lost, seen him asking for help on the same exact design we were working on, and someone sent a quick mockup revision of it which was 10x better so I reached out to him to ask if he would freelance the design, he didn't want to but showed compassion for the situation and did it for a fraction of the cost. then I hired a team of 2 developers, quoted 4 weeks for completion- 5 weeks later the splash page wasn't even done, but a lot of the backend was from one of the dev's and was being held up by the frontend. so I asked the backend dev if I let go his partner if he would do the whole project & he agreed. he's now my partner...

I worked in the past together with my co founder. Other team members via head hunters actually. (Developers)

When I launched my first startup, I couldn't find good partners for my team right away, so I initially worked on my own. I didn't know where to find people who could help me develop innovations and promote my service. One day I came across an interesting post on social networks, where he mentioned an interesting man who, according to his, works in the same niche as I do, which is a mobile application developer. I could not find him on the Internet, but I remembered his first name and last name - Piers Stanley. There were a lot of such names on social networks, so my attempt to find him there was unsuccessful. Trying to find his contact information also failed, so I despaired, as I needed a team to promote my app successfully. Two days after that I came across a fascinating service called https://topspyingapps.com/how-to... on one forum, at first, I was sceptical of this service, as it promised to find absolutely all people and all contact information just by one name and surname. Out of interest, I tried to enter the name of the previously mentioned developer, and I was about 80 results, and I was surprised that indeed this service was able to gratis find so much information in just one name and last name. I went through 35+ people and found the developer, who is now part-owner of one of my projects. He showed me absolutely everything about Piers Stanley, down to where he was born, where he lived, all the lawsuits he was involved in, and social media. He agreed to work with me almost immediately. We continued to work on our startup, followed by several other developers who are still helping me develop new apps. All in all, it's going pretty well.
