For any products that are running user communities (on slack, discord, etc) - would love to hear your experience building this out! Where did you build the entry point for your users to join? What type of mechanism do you have in place for your community to stay active? We are building out our beta user community, and would love to hear all the pitfalls and best practices!

we integrated the entry point directly within our product's user interface, implementing features like weekly challenges, community polls, and designated moderators to keep engagement high, while taking care to avoid pitfalls such as unclear community guidelines, inadequate moderation, and failure to recognize and reward active contributors, all of which we learned through ongoing dialogue and feedback with our community members.

By fostering an environment of inclusivity and constant engagement through social media, webinars, and user-generated content, combined with proactive listening to user feedback and integrating it into our product development, we've successfully cultivated a vibrant, supportive, and collaborative community for our users!
