How can I leverage Reddit as a B2B platform?

I've always thought that Reddit is a good platform for B2B marketing besides LinkedIn, but it has too many subreddits and too many rules. Does anyone have experience with reddit marketing and is reddit a good place to promote my products?

What a nice topic, I also need support about Reddit. Anyone?

In terms of paid advertising I think it's a good option. You are able to find people that care about exactly what you're building given the fact they're in specific subreddits. Organically jumping into conversations can be difficult due to "no self promo" rules but you can contact the mods and get approval.

1. Participate in relevant subreddits: Engage in discussions related to your industry to build credibility. 2. Share valuable content: Post informative content that addresses industry challenges and provides solutions. 3. Avoid direct promotion: Focus on building relationships rather than directly promoting your product. 4. Offer expertise: Provide helpful insights and answer questions to showcase your expertise. 5. Run targeted ads:* Use Reddit Ads to reach specific B2B audiences based on interests and subreddits.

@james_keats Hi James, thank you so much for your valuable advice! The only question I have is that, as you said, we should avoid direct ads, but I noticed that some subreddits do have weekly or monthly threads for business promotion. Do you think it is useful or not? Should I put some effort into that?

@james_keats @ashley_z I have found those threads to be useless, people go there to promote rather than looking for products to use.
