In these current times of massive dollars chasing *some* founders, how can bootstrapped founders compete and win? Please share your thoughts and suggestions :)

Strategies, adaptation, speed and so on. I'm currently bootstrapping startup too. It's going to be very challenging.
@jorcus 👍 Challenges are part of the journey indeed
Have a clear vision of where you want to go and the milestone to get there and keep your eyes on your goal and like @jorcus mention adapt to sever best what people really need... Also once you get to investment make sure that everyone on board share the same vision and values for what's best for the company... Just some thoughts.

@dhruvbhatia_ixi Bootstrapping has its pros and cons. I bootstrapped my first software company to a decent 8 figure exit and had 86% ownership and no debt on the balance sheet when the deal closed. To achieve that, my suggestion is to get users early and at all costs. You need to involve them and listen intently. Do that and you will win. If you can't get users early, you may want to re-think the business entirely
