If I don't have 7-8 hours of sleep per day, I become non-functional :D How about you?

Me too, 8 hours are my golden ratio!
I take around 8-8.30 hours of sleep.
6 hours of sleep for 4 days, then 7 hours for the other 3 days.

Six and a half is usually enough for me, my body just shuts me down and gets me up when it's time to :D

I sleep for six hours. But I want more.

🥲 8-9 hours for me... Low energy, high sleep needs. Anyone else?

It's the same for me - if you don't get 7-8 hours of sleep, productivity drops.

8-8:30 for me as well. I notice everything below 8 - by feeling sluggish.

For me, 7 hours is the best

7 hours is the right number for me. Less sleep and I'm tired... more sleep and I'm tired too.

I usually get 6-7 naturally. No wakeup or bedtime constraints, and it's where I ended up. Been tracking for almost 8 years now, currently loving the Ultrahuman Ring Air from India. 🔥 (Swapped from Oura)

I only need 7-8 hours to be in great shape. But, alas, I usually get no more than 6. And sometimes there are completely sleepless nights at all =/

I spent most of my teens and twenties getting by on 5-6 hours of sleep. Recently, I made the change to getting 7-8 hours, and I feel like I'm a different person. I used to believe that I was one of those people who only needed 5-6 hours, but boy, was I wrong. When you consistently get 7-8 hours of sleep, you are happier, your brain is clearer, you can feel your emotions better (laugh more often), listen better, and work harder, etc. I recommend that anyone who sleeps 5-6 hours a day seriously considers making an improvement.
6 hours on avg. Sometimes 2 or 3, sometimes 8, but that's my avg according to the data.

Launching soon!
12h Because our brains need longer reset time now than 10-20-30 years ago. We a processing 10x the amount of info these days. So longer sleep is required to perform at the highest level.

I operate on a 6-7hour basis but I do find myself performing better with 8-9
