Every business needs a strategy to bring in new users consistently. Of course within a reasonable acquisition cost. Especially if you are building something in today’s market conditions. I have enjoyed being a part of Product Hunt, and would love to give back. I keep learning and do not consider myself 100% expert in any one of the topics. But I've been around for the last 6 years and over the years I've built organic traffic pipelines to grow from 0 to 1M+ This involves social media, community platforms, forums and Google - pretty much wherever you can get exposure without spends. Ask me anything, I'll be here all day ☕

I especially wanted to communicate with customers. I invited customers to have online interviews or voice calls via email. I also provided a questionnaire on our product functions, but I got very little. I would like to hear your suggestions and guidance on resume user relations.
@annachen_ find a medium and a catch where they are comfortable with. Sometimes they don't want to do these interviews - maybe because they find the word "interview" not for them, or they are just not interested in filling a form. One way I could think of right away - Try to catch hold of your core users, and ask them for suggestions. Some love to give their feedback. During this time, you can also ask anything that you want to.

In less than three weeks, Christmas is coming. Do you usually choose what activities or greetings to prepare before this holiday?

Is content consumption not important for social media? Like, if I'm trying to increase my visibility on LinkedIn do I have to spend time consuming content? apart from creating content
@clement862 Very much. When you engage with accounts & pages - it helps you in increasing your visibility and more people will start to notice your thoughts. Even LinkedIN will want you to spend time on their platform and engage with other accounts. This will send a positive signal to them that you are part of the community, and not trying to benefit from it alone.
