Help me finding the best early stage startups with invested capital less than $60k based in India.

Hey guys! I have been looking for some best early stage startups in India. I am looking for some awesome companies where the invested capital till date is not more than 50 lakhs ( $60k). Since these kinds of companies hardly get any media traction, help me finding out the niches. Also please mention some best startup communities based in India.
