So I came across this term toggle tax. It refers to the time and cognitive effort required when constantly switching between different apps or software tools. What steps do you take to reduce toggle tax in your company?

This is the first time I've heard the term "Toggle Tax" explicitly, but it's an issue we're solving with our AI-powered project management software that we built specifically for web development. I run a development agency, and we wasted lots of time jumping between different tools to communicate, scope projects, and track progress. I initially built mDash for my team to use internally to cut down on all that wasted time and money, but we found it so useful that we thought it would be valuable to scale it and release it for the public to benefit from as well. So, in short, we reduced toggle tax by building our own SaaS platform that did everything we needed it to do!

@brianhurst That's great to hear! It is becoming a big problem for sure. Companies like Monday, Asana, Peerbie, they're all trying to tackle this problem specifically and excelling to some extent. Looking forward to seeing your product as well! Good luck and thanks for your insight!
