Have you sold source code licenses for your SaaS before?

Hello PH Community, I'm Ali, co-founder of a saas product: Typesheet.net We've got a few offers to sell source code licenses for a few entities but we don't have experience with such deals. Please share your experience if you already did such things before. - How do you price the product source code? - What constraints should be added to the agreements to avoid any direct competition etc?
