I did. My lesson learned: you cannot teach users something new, you can only solve the needs they already have! That was the biggest mistake I made when I was doing my old project

I used to work in an organization that pivoted from beacon-based marketing to QR code-based marketing after the shutdown of the Google beacon platform. Those were some tough days to be a content marketer in the organization. We had to redo our entire website, plan new blogs, and whatnot. But it was all for the best. Today, the organization is a major player in the QR-code-based marketing space. I learned that business is all about being an early mover, whether it is pivoting from your core product or pivoting in marketing strategy. The hardwork you put in the changes that follow will decide the outcome of the pivot.

I pivoted my SaaS project Wildmetrics a few weeks ago. What I learned from that pivot: Your solution approach for the problem you try solving (the way you choose to solve the problem) is my biggest lesson so far. We tried solving a problem one particular way and that costed us almost 2 years because the approach was wrong. After we changed the approach and pivoted Wildmetrics, our roadmap and positioning became crystal clear. So if you lack clarity about your own project, maybe try changing your approach solving the problem (and do it early than I did) 🤪

We've often had to, simply to survive. We're bootstrapped, 100% self-funded, and alas, RiteKit has seen many market changes, data supply changes over our 12 years. The toughest thing is that we rarely had the luxury of being able to change but one thing at a time, and thus, often did not know whether it was this or that that helped. We just had to do what we had to - to survive.

If you are looking for a fast and efficient solution for storing and redistributing goods, Cross docking warehouse is definitely worth your consideration. One of the key attractive features of the service is the possibility to use their "cross-docking" service. This allows you to significantly accelerate the process of storage and movement of goods, providing a high degree of efficiency. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. My package was neatly packed, all items were in excellent condition, and the staff was ready to answer all my questions.
