What is the best strategy for letting someone go from their job? This is a sensitive and challenging situation for any manager or employer, but it can be necessary for the growth and success of a business. be clear on the situation. they should understand why they are let go. also Give them enough time so they can prepare next step (if possible) help them if they need to. i guess these might help for both sides

Yeah, we have a proper outreaching strategy. As before launching https://commercialcleaningservic....... we made a proper planning especially about the outreaching, still now we are stick to that plan. Have specific days for outreaching new client and in someday which we have specified to contact with the old client and pending clients.
