I know a lot of people have posted about this topic and that some of the things I’m going to write have also already been written. But to someone who missed out or new users this can be valuable information. Soo, here are my top 3: 1. ADD VALUE: Actually engage in converastions and add value with every comment or post. I liked when people gave really good advice, which I then applied to my work and it helped me in real life. I 100% followed them. 2. DON’T USE AI GENERATED MESSAGES: I like people. And people make mistakes. I’m also using AI a lot which means I can see if something was done with AI. Please write questions and answers yourself and people are going to engage much more. 3. CONSISTENCY/PERSISTENCY/PATIENCE: Post everday, engage, don’t quit and remember; all great things take time. It’s the same with buliding a community on PH. Hope this helps :)

I agree with all of it! 🔥🔥🔥 If you provide value, people will be more interested in connecting with you. I also noticed that it's not always about specific practical advice; sometimes there is emotional value in comments too, but they must be genuine and not empty. And AI can help you get some structure for your comment, but it's always noticeable when people copy and paste generated information. Read it, fix it to align with your actual experience, and don't post about something you don't really understand because it's also noticeable.

@michaelshver Exactly, I use AI everday for brainstorming and planning, but then you have to add the human touch.

Nice! I've just joined PH and getting used to it, thanks for the heads up! When you say "Post everyday" what kind of posts do you mean? I don't want to just post rubbish, but I feel like nothing I say is actually valuable

@treyww Post genuine questions about stuff you are curious about or you have problems with regarding your business (ex. which platform is best for e-mail newsletter, AI tools fo Canva,..) and answer other people questions with the things you know or have learned. You don't have to post your own question everday, but at least try to engage in other people discussions and if you add value, they are going to love you for it.
