Google forms, sheet API pipeline

I think if you combine google forms, google sheet and maybe other service it can be ideal stack for prototyping... Have you ever did something similar ? Let me know if anyone have use case of this idea.

This is something similar to what I use in AIrtable. Which is Aitable DB and Airtable Forms.
I am not sure about which one could be ideal stack choice nowadays. I still Google stack could be much more powerful.
