I am a CX professional, but I want to pivot into product management. What would be the best way for me to get started?

In my experience, you want to demonstrate that you can thoughtfully build products. Fortunately these days with the variety of no-code platforms and accessible design tools, you don't need a technical background to be able to do this. Come up with an idea, or even an idea for an improvement to an existing product. Create a design in Figma, create a simple site in CARRD, connect things to Zapier, do some user testing on UsabilityHub, and before you know it you're demonstrating that you can bring a thoughtful product to life.

@owens Thanks for sharing. I am looking to transition into product management as well. I have completed a PMC certification, created an idea, written the PRD, done surveys as well to find product market fit but I find Figma complex to use. Any tips for me please?

@fisayomi_oni You've made great headway! Figma can definitely be tough to learn at first. All of use find different tools easier to use. Have you tried using a mockups tool, such as moqups.com?

@owens Thank you so much. I tried my hands on moqups.com as soon as I saw your reply and it's so easy to use. Thank you.
