Yes it's quite overwhelming at times, what i do is make a todo list and distribute all of them throughout the day

Well yep. I use Notion but I have to copy paste and then spend time later organizing the knowledge I saved. Quite time-consuming

Not really. The first time creating a template to organize knowledge is a little bit challenging. It is quite easy when I am familiar to it

Absolutely. I think that's a problem for most people. Sometimes, I just get overwhelmed and tend not to act on knowledge I find.

What I do these days is that I start doing things I plan to do without thinking or even knowing how to start. I have a weird, strong belief that I'd figure everything else along the ride.
