We've recently completed our MVP where we use an algorithm that gets better the more you use our product. To that end, we're exploring ways to gamify our system and encourage users to make more requests. Do you know any companies that have successfully implemented similar strategies?

You should have a look at Twitch - a lot of the platform is built around audience engagement. Some streamers really push hard to develop cool tools and techniques to gamify their streams.
