Feedback for our new screen recording integration capty.io
Dear community, we just launched www.capty.io. A browser-based screen recorder which can be integrated into contact forms, support chats, inline into websites etc. We think this would be great for support teams who don't want to receive endless (and not understandable) text messages from their users. So your users can take a screen recording directly from the contact form or support chat. Without any extra app or plugin. What do you think about capty.io? Do you think this is useful?
