Recently started using Agile with my team, does your team use Agile? If so, why? If not, why?

I think it depends on the size and efficiency of your team. Some teams Agile would work well for and others would be a hindrance. For agile to work optimally you have to have a lot more than just a methodology in my opinion.

@vlchris I agree. I think it works best when you have a team. Although, setting a sprints for yourself and making this a habit isn't a bad thing either.
