Does Product Hunt Launch convert actual Users? Is this all worth it?

It depends a lot on your target audience. For B2B SaaS, product hunt can be a good lead source.

Most products no, too many products pay for questionable marketing etc. But ive seen products that barely made it into top10 that did very well finding lasting traction.
