I wouldn't doubt that... exercise does not always need to be intense. Even a short walk helps clear the mind and increase energy levels, hence more productive. :-). What are your thoughts on this Tim?
@sona I tend to walk a lot during the day, but I think blood flow in high intensity workout is better and pump blood to your brain.

100%. A walk a day keeps burnout away. I've also found varying the types of workout I do to be beneficial.

Besides the physical effects, exercice (even walking) is the best way to foster your "passive" creativity - that's when I find the best ideas and take the most macro approach to my business

Moderate activity certainly helps. The more hours you spend having a sedentary lifestyle the more exercise is required. Its also handy to be able to switch focus in order to enhance you creativity at work and stay more efficient throughout a day.

Big time! It even helps absorb new information faster.

I personally find that exercise can have a positive impact on my productivity. Exercise has been shown to release endorphins, which can boost mood and energy levels, and can also improve focus and concentration.

Exercising usually helps in productivity, no doubt! But you should pay attention to another simple thing too: sleep. I go to the gym in the morning, and I've noticed better performance on days when I had enough sleep.

Absolutely. It helps me manage my energy so well. A lunch break workout is the best thing.

100%, helps clear the mind, flush out anxiety and for me is the best way to start the day. Makes getting up at 6am worth it!

110% yes! Exercising allows me to actively work through a problem and gives me a fresh perspective. Big fan of taking mini screen breaks to take a walk or run. I always find myself being much more productive afterwards and being able to focus better.

My personal opinion is... 100% YES! A healthy mind lives in a healthy body! If you got a healthy physique you'll be more confident and more awake! You'll feel more energized to get things done! That's at least my experience... How about you Tim?

An hour of gym per day, keeps the doctor away! And in my case, the more intense, the better And you Tim? What's your favorite workout?

I also support the walking exercise as it allows me to think better and come up with ideas seamlessly. We used to walk 4-6 klm per day very early in the morning with the partners in order to organize our thoughts and brainstorm, as we found out that this was highly beneficial. Another key exercise, is swimming. If you have access to a pool, I highly recommend swimming. If the pool also supports sauna facilities, this is also a solid way of removing any stress and making your body feel more energetic. But each to its own. I have found out that many people use different routines to stay productive and many of these seem to be working for them quite good.
@apollon440 totally agree with you, I’m surprised how I walk 4-5km per day on average not leaving the house haha
Madeleine Nichols
absolutely! good to channel frustrations into a hard workout and get the post workout high and energised feeling smashing a work out also helps me to believe I can smash out other tasks
@madeleine_nichols what is a smashing workout for you?

@timcha weights always hits the spot 👌 what about you?
Nimesha Buvanendran
Yes, I usually take a brisk walk for 10 mins whenever I get stuck with a content block. And it always helps me to clear my mind and focus on work. I find doing meditation with yoga in the morning helps improve my overall productivity of the day.
Nimesha Buvanendran
@timcha If so, I'd recommend doing yoga as it you've to focus on breathing while doing it. That eventually helps with meditation too - at least that's what happened to me :)

Exercise and productivity go hand in hand! Always remember that @timcha
