Do you use scheduling assistants?

Sup everyone! It's 2:00 am here, so seems to be the best time to discuss the scheduling :) How does everyone feel about using smart calendars and scheduling assistants to manage their schedules, meetings and on-going tasks? About a year ago, I began to sort through various tools due to the fact that I use different calendars for personal and work matters, which led to the fact that a bunch of disparate events appear in different calendars that need to be synchronized. Plus, such tools helped a lot in situations where it is difficult to decide for how long to assign which meeting or task - you only understand how burning it is in priority and how much time it will take. It would be interesting to hear the opinions of different people on whether they use such tools and how they manage their schedule in principle :) Cheers!
