Do you think a SaaS startup should have a presence on social media? If so, which ones and why?

High-quality content in social media, especially dedicated to a SaaS product, is a difficult task that requires a great team. I believe that for a young startup, this channel for attracting an audience should not be the primary focus, but maybe I am wrong. What do you think about this?

I do think this depends on the marketing channels of the company. But if zero marketing is being done, any form of social media presence will help.

Great products will still fail if nobody knows about them.

All products re different. not all saas works well on SoMe etc.
