Do you share the product roadmap with clients? Why yes/no?

We at Sense created the public product roadmap to share the future plans of Sense development. Both for clients and other stakeholders. What do you think about making it public? Did you ever practice that? BTW, check it out: https://sense-ai.canny.io/produc...

Absolutely. We share our roadmap and invite people to vote and rank what's on it. We also have a 'feature request' channel on Discord that we use to measure interest in features and ask discovery questions... which all ultimately informs our roadmap. Here's what we use: https://www.morgen.so/roadmap

I intend too! I think it's important to be transparent and show the public that every dime is being well spent.

It depends on your work and specific projects. However, sharing product roadmaps with customers will make your work transparent and clear. There are PM tools that allow for sharing roadmaps with ease. For example, GanttPRO https://ganttpro.com/. Using this tool, you can demonstrate any specific state of your roadmap from any physical location. The export feature is a good way to share your plan with all stakeholders anytime you need it.
