You are planning to launch a product, and you can only optimise one variable - which one do you choose Speed, Quality or Cost?

Speed. If quality suffers too much, it's time to re-evaluate the team

If ONLY one variable, then Cost, as we should not price ourselves out of the market. For example, if your competition is selling subscriptions at USD 15, you can't sell for 50.
Speed. I don't want to lose my first few visitors.
speed can overcome cost and quality, how?
if you lunch fast you have the opportunity to see if users even want your product or not and what they want from it so you can stop a great loss of money.
and about quality, it is more come from trying more and make it every time better.
