I used to when I was in 90% engineering and 10% management mode.

Post-pandemic,  my team became more self-managed, and I became less engineering-oriented.

My daily TODO is simple and does not require writing it down. However, if there is any special task that needs to be done, I often send an email to myself in the form of a TODO list.

I make weekly to-do lists and each evening a daily to-do list for the next day based on priorities. Can't live without my to-do lists!
