Do you have time scheduled to do nothing?

I recently came across this paragraph in Alchemy by Rory Sutherland when he mentioned that David Ogilvy (and himself too) got their most remarkable work done when they were out of office (or doing nothing). Got me thinking, that in today's rapidly AI-fied life, we seldom have time to do nothing. Doing nothing is looked down upon. Where as it may hold the secret to productivity. Do you have time in your day where you do nothing?

I think that creative professionals definitely need time to do nothing because that is often the time when the most creative ideas are born.
