Do you have a specific strategy for encouraging users to leave star ratings and reviews?

We've started emailing people right after we know they have had a positive experience in Morgen (ex. after they have checked off a number of tasks from their to-do lists). Would like to add the pop-up in the app at that time, but haven't done so yet.

@brenna_donoghue Your current approach of emailing users after a positive experience is a good start, will also try it this approach.

To leave reviews we've added reminders after a positive experience (i.e. after the first call with the trainer). It seems to be working

The specific strategy is this make the product/service so good that they have nothing to complain about :)

Asking them to do it when their experience value of the product... highest chance of them rating it, and for that rating to be positive.
