Wasting time searching for files everywhere kills productivity. It's not just inefficient; it also hurts teamwork. 😅 Here's how my team and I tackle these challenges: Once a week, each team member explores a meaningful topic that can benefit everyone. We keep these research findings on a shared Collabwriting Dashboard. We organize research into clusters: 1) Content Marketing 📝 2) Business 📊 3) Development 🛠️ 4) Productivity 🧠 5) Onboarding 🎯 and so on. 💨 We particularly focus on regularly updating everything related to Onboarding. This is definitely the most important thing if you want to avoid confusion and save time on back-and-forth communication. That's a brief overview of how we do things. 😄 What about your best practices? 🤔
