Do you feel more collaborative when working remotely or from the office?

Hi, @yanismellata I suspect most people would find it easier to be collaborative when working face to face with the team. It's just human nature. It's easier to get to know someone, understand their skill sets / personalities, communicate and build trust within a team which are all important components of successful collaboration. With that being said, successful collaboration IS also possible while working remotely. It just requires more effort and certain adaptations.

It's hard to draw a clear red line with this question. What happens is in the office you increase your chances of spawning those magical, serendipitous, almost random moments however you also increase your exposure to more distractions, small talk and other events that might make you less collaborative/productive. The reason I prefer remote collaboration is because you get the chance to kill the noise in that sense and with the tools widely available can really collaborate as effectively as being offline.
