As a maker, there are often times where we cannot just focus on building, marketing, planning or doing just about anything. There's a term called Brain fog which states that it often is caused by stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, and other mental health issues, like anxiety and depression. However, It is not fully understood yet. It is not a medical condition, but a phrase used to describe a range of symptoms, including: - Developing new skills. - Handling multiple tasks at once. - Thinking and responding rapidly. - Focusing and concentrating. So, what can you do about it? It's important to respect one's own limitations and avoid burnout. A strong support system is also important like speaking it out amongst the community. Using diaries, calendars, Post-it notes, cell phone alarms, and to-do lists are all excellent ways to remind oneself. What do you think? Have you ever experienced Brain Fog? P.S.
