Do you build your own SaaS backend or do you use a template?

When building a SaaS, what do you recommend? Coding your own or using a template for the backend? If template, which template would you recommend?

In my side i often used https://strapi.io as backend to start quickly , test and be sure everything works well.

You mean the frontend? Not sure I've ever seen a backend template.
