Should people who are trying to build bootstrapped businesses invest the time in finding a co-founder, or rely on their own skill/knowledge?

I'm doing it myself right now, and I don't think so unless there's a skill gap in the creation of it. So many freemium and no-code tools out there to accomplish what you need with a few hours fo learning.
