Depends. For me, it's generally whichever has the greatest urgency. And, I often do both at the same time. :-)

Schedule breaks throughout the day. Get up and move around, step outside for some fresh air, or do some deep breathing exercises. Every little bit helps!
Learn to say no. It's okay to turn down invitations or requests if you don't have time.
