While most people will say React because it is the most popular that does not mean it is the best. Next js is a meta framework built on top of React. So basically your question is React vs Angular. But my answer would be Svelte. Why? It has got the best Developer experience - by that I mean it's the easiest to learn and use and it's also the fastest because it makes direct changes to DOM and uses a compiler. So I would recommend using Svelte and Sveltekit. We do for our website - https://www.afterword.tech and it runs pretty fast.
