Customer support for side app

I want to provide a facility for basic bug reporting and feature requests and maybe even just basic questions, for our extension which is VERY early stage. Something like Zendesk seems too heavyweight What recommendations does the community have?


@jorcus well right now we only have a chrome extension, but we will have a website that you can get more info about it. The primary use case would be to engage with the extension though.
