@tej_sai my favourite product ive seen so far is Screen Studio, however i dont believe it was released in the past 99 days ha, but rather recommended in a comment on a discussion I posted during my 100 days. so that’s the long answer to say the main “hack” ive learned is properly engaging with the community to find the best tools

Wow nice! Do you feel like the time investment is worth it? I hate checking my phone and have many weekends where I take 24 hours off of screens, so not sure I’ll ever be able to do this! It’s a big part of my mental health practice though, which is obvs important to me as the founder of Burnout Bot 😇

@yannell_selman honestly i dont think it’s necessarily good for everyone to feel the need to be glued to their device every day, however i haven’t found myself feeling controlled by the streak at all, so it still totally feels like a healthy/fun thing.
honestly if it ever felt like it was interfering with my life in a real way, i would have no problems ending my streak. definitely appreciate your approach and thinking - mental health is an under-appreciated topic amongst many founder groups i’ve found.

Congrats. I lost my 7-day streak for the 100th time recently so could have been at a bigger streak but it's tough to stay consistent.
