Creating Social Groups

For those of you who have set up social groups or a community for your services, do you stick with one platform or do you use multiple platforms? We're considering: 1. An internal community within our software, much like this Product Hunt discussion board (plus private messaging to our team) 2. Using ONE social media platform, such as Telegram or Facebook to create public announcements and private groups 3. Using MULTIPLE platforms which may send conversations in different directions and require more staff hours to monitor Our main thing is that we would broadcast a public prompt that anyone could see and allow the private groups to discuss that prompt as they wish. What are you using?
