For sure, nothing can replace talking with your target audience on interviews. But if you want it fast, here is a prompt you need to use:

I want you to act as a world-class digital marketer for tech startups. You are well known for [FILL OUT THE SPECIFIC AREA OF YOUR PRODUCT].
I want you to create a Persona for my business. It should be insightful, specific, and easy to understand. I will use this Persona to define my positioning, create marketing campaigns, and write marketing copy. It will be the backbone of my marketing.
My business is β [FILL OUT YOUR BUSINESS]
Use the following criteria:
- Name
- Role
- Problem (What issue do they want to solve?)
- Pains (What negative consequences of this problem drive them mad?)
- Jobs-To-Be-Done (What does your persona want to achieve?)
- Motivation (What drives your persona to complete the JTBD?)
- Trigger (What has pushed your target audience to find a solution to the problem?)
- Barriers (What stops your persona from changing the status quo?)
- Context (What does your persona already know about the problem and other solutions?)
It generates an incredibly detailed Persona that you can use right away. Create content to solve its pains and handle its barriers on your landing page π

Hey Sveta,
ChatGPT is great as a source of inspiration, idea finding, and brainstorming. However, I wouldn't call the result a "Persona that you can use right away", because, let's face it: It's completely made up out of thin air!
You will still have to check whether it's valid before you define positioning, create marketing campaigns, and write marketing copy based on it.
But, thanks for finding out this impressive prompt! π

Like most of the people, iβm new to the AI. But from what Iβve tested, this can be a great tool to speed up some processes, or to have a great assistant for tasks that donβt fall under your expertise.

I see the great potential behind the idea of using ChatGPT for the marketing needs and product development. Although it still needs a human supervision, imagine how faster the work will go with the promts like these:
- Provide a detailed analysis of social media platforms used by your target audience, including user demographics, popular hashtags, and preferred content formats
- Generate a list of top forums and online communities where your target audience is most active and engaged. Include details such as member demographics, interests, and discussion topics
And etc. Amazing!
Even if ChatGPT produce something out of algo which may not connect to the real world validation reports, it is definitely worth trying.

We provide immersive AI characters to devs who work with Unity Engine (unreal 5 in the pipeline) powered by our in-house tech called KuteEngine. I am building a dev community for it, and it's been a little challenging for me to get the word out. One challenge is that few people have heard of KuteEngine, let alone know how user-friendly it is. The second challenge is that our NPCs are based on behavioral AI, which is a totally new concept in the industry.

I think although this might be a great way to figure out your customer persona on a base level, it still doesn't beat interviews though
