Charging for community memberships is a very common way for community builders to make money for all of their hard work, and courses too, but what are other ways that might not be as obvious?

I don't like it when a community membership comes at a price. Events are the only I would monetize and it can work both ways: tickets, sponsorships, etc.
Newsletters, Patreon, Webinars
Research reports of interest to the community
Research reports and whitepapers about the community to businesses interested in them
Creator economy--everything related to influencer that can be monetized.
