We are a Saas and just launched our product on a free plan: the platform is designed to bring discipline in executing a business plan. You set goals, attach actions to the goals, create the metrics around measuring your performance, and track your progress. The tool is really simple to use, and is designed for mid-size businesses. The star feature is the meeting workflow, which automates the minutes, and keeps you focused on the key business items to discuss only. It is also timed, so you know if your meeting is turning into a talkfest.
At the end, your teams get a score, to see how well they've been collaborating. It is literally holding you by the hand while you are walking through your plans and goals.
