Broken UX for Video Preview in PH

I have been checking out products in PH on my phone for months now and I have noticed one feature that really annoys me. Whenever I tap on the video preview of the product, a sheet opens and loads the youtube video. This makes sense for desktop user but for mobile users its an annoyance. If you are making a mobile app and uploading it to PH, I cant see how this UX experience is beneficial. Videos should be embedded in the page itself or should have a client player and mot redirect you to another app. Ideally the video should also playback in mobile using the correct ratio. Similar to how the Apple App Store solves the problem. I hope the team at PH comes up with an elegant solution. Thanks, H
